During a search incident to arrest he was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The accused was processed. Essex County Prosecutors Office authorized Strong be charged with, Burglary, Hindering his own apprehension and Possession of Marijuana. He was then subsequently transported to Passaic County Jail.
